This workflow sends the contents of an email to a Notion database. The email must be labeled with a specific label for the workflow to trigger. The email subject will be the title of the Notion page, and a snippet of the email body will be the content of the Notion page. The email link will be added to the Notion page as a property. Prerequisites Notion account and Notion credentials. Google account and Google credentials. How it works On scheduled intervals, find all emails with a specific label. For each email, check if the email already exists in the Notion database. If it does not exist, create a new page in the Notion database, otherwise do nothing. When the task in the Notion database is checked off, the label will be removed from the email. Setup This workflow requires that you set up a Notion database or use an existing one with at least the following fields: Title (title) Thread ID (text) Email thread (URL) Additionally, create a label that will be used to trigger the workflow in Gmail. Demo How it works One Gmail account is used to process inbound mails from different users. A custom web portal enables users to define “routes”. Thats where the mapping between an automatically generated Gmail Alias and a Notion Database URL, including the personal API Token, happens. Using a Gmail Trigger, new entries are split by the Email Alias, so the corresponding route can be retrieved from the Database connected to the portal. Every Email then gets processed by AI to get generate an actionable task and get a short summary of the original Email as well as some metadata. Based on a predefined structure a new Page is created in the corresponding Notion Database. Finally the Email is marked as “processed” in Gmail. If an error happens, the route gets paused for a possible overflow and the user gets notified by Email. This n8n workflow is designed for security monitoring and incident response when suspicious login events are detected. It can be initiated either manually from within the n8n UI for testing or automatically triggered by a webhook when a new login event occurs. The workflow first extracts relevant data from the incoming webhook payload, including the IP address, user agent, timestamp, URL, and user ID. It then splits into three parallel processing paths. In the first path, it queries GreyNoise's Community API to retrieve information about the investigated IP address. Depending on the classification and trust level received from GreyNoise, the alert is given a High, Medium, or Low priority. This priority is assigned based on the best practices documentation from GreyNoise on how to apply their data to analysis. Once a priority is assigned, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify users about the alert. The second path involves fetching geolocation data about the IP address using IP-API's Geolocation API and merging it with data from the UserParser node. This data is then combined with the data obtained from GreyNoise. In the third path, the UserParser node queries the Userparser IP address and user agent lookup API to obtain information about the user's IP and user agent. This data is merged with the IP-API data and GreyNoise data. The workflow then checks if the IP address is considered an unknown threat by examining both the noise and riot fields from GreyNoise. If it is considered an unknown threat, the workflow proceeds to retrieve the last 10 login records for the same user from a Postgres database. If there are any discrepancies in the login information, indicating a new location or device/browser, the user is informed via email. Potential issues when setting up this workflow include ensuring that credentials are correctly entered for GreyNoise and UserParser nodes, and addressing any discrepancies in the data sources that could lead to false positives or negatives in threat detection. Additionally, the usage of hardcoded API keys should be replaced with credentials for security and flexibility. How it works: The workflow starts by sending a request to a website to retrieve its HTML content. It then parses the HTML extracting the relevant information The extracted data is storted and converted into a CSV file. The CSV file is attached to an email and sent to your specified address. The data is simultaneously saved to both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for further analysis or use. Set-up steps: Change the website to scrape in the "Fetch website content" node Configure Microsoft Azure credentials with Microsoft Graph permissions (required for the Save to Microsoft Excel 365 node) Configure Google Cloud credentials with access to Google Drive, Google Sheets and Gmail APIs (the latter is required for the Send CSV via e-mail node).

This n8n workflow was developed to collect and summarize feedback from an event that was collected via a Google Form and saved in a Google Sheets document. The workflow is triggered manually by clicking on the "Test workflow" button. The Google Sheets node retrieves the responses from the feedback form. The Aggregate node then combines all responses for each question into arrays and prepares the data for analysis. The OpenAI node processes the aggregated feedback data. System Prompt instructs the model to analyze the responses and generate a summary report that includes the overall sentiment regarding the event and constructive suggestions for improvement. The Markdown node converts the summary report, which is in Markdown format, into HTML. Finally, the Gmail node sends an HTML-formatted email to the specified email address.

How it works? This workflows sends you a monthly lists of live music events for a specific location. Events are fetched from songkick.com and delivered to you by email to a provided email address(es). Each event in the list has a link to a full SongKick page where you can see more details about the event and buy tickets for it. Example email: How to set it up? First thing that this workflow needs is a location link for your desired city from the SongKick website. You can get it by following these steps: Visit songkick.com and enter the city name in the search box: From the results page, click the result that contains the location info. This workflow uses OpenAI Assistant to compose draft replies for labeled email messages. The content of the retrieved email message is then forwarded to the OpenAI Assistant node, and a reply draft is generated. The raw email message (reply draft) is encoded and attached to the original thread ID. Finally, the trigger label (in this case: "AI") is removed to prevent the workflow from looping. Select this label in the first and last Gmail nodes in workflow. Create and configure your OpenAI Assistant. Select your assistant in "OpenAI Assistant" node. This workflow allows you to send multi-step email campaigns using n8n, Gmail and Google Sheets. You define a sequence of emails, and a list of email addresses to send them to. The first email is sent to everyone, but the later emails in the sequence are only sent if no-one has replied to the thread yet. This means you only need to worry about replying to people who respond to your email, not chasing people who don’t. Requirements A list of emails in a Google sheet. You can define extra info that will be available to your email templates (e.g. name, company, etc.) A sequence of emails to send, plus how long to wait to send each one, e.g. On day 0:** “Hi, {name} — nice to meet you at the conference. Was wondering whether {company} would be interested in a quick call about X?” On day 3:** “Hi, {name}, just wanted to check in on this. Let me know if there’s any interest!” On day 7:** “{name}, just wanted to give this one last try” A Gmail account (although you could also swap out that part for any other email service) How it works When sending the emails, n8n inserts a hidden attribute in each one that tags it as being part of the email campaign. It then regularly looks through the email threads with that tag and checks whether: No-one has replied yet It’s time to send the next message The workflow doesn’t send emails on weekends. This workflow sends a OpenAI GPT reply when an email is received from specific email recipients. It then saves the initial email and the GPT response to an automatically generated Google spreadsheet. Subsequent GPT responses will be added to the same spreadsheet. The workflow then checks the obtained IP addresses against GreyNoise services, with one branch utilizing GreyNoise RIOT IP Lookup to assess IP reputation and association with known benign services, and the other using GreyNoise IP Context to evaluate potential threats. The results from both GreyNoise services are merged to create a comprehensive analysis which includes the IP, classification (benign, malicious, or unknown), IP location, tags to identify activity or malware, category, and trust level. In parallel, a VirusTotal scan is initiated for the URL/IP to identify if it is malicious. It does this by utilising a company's knowledgebase to generating question-and-answer pairs using Large Language Models. How it works A buyer's RFP is submitted to the workflow as a digital document that can be parsed. Our first AI agent scans and extracts all questions from the document into list form. The supplier sets up an OpenAI assistant prior loaded with company brand, marketing and technical documents. The workflow loops through each of the buyer's questions and poses these to the OpenAI assistant. The assistant's answers are captured until all questions are satisified and are then exported into a new document for review. A sales team member is then able to use this document to respond quickly to the RFP before their competitors. This n8n workflow automates the process of parsing and extracting data from PDF invoices. With this workflow, accounts and finance people can realise huge time and cost savings in their busy schedules. LlamaParse is specifically designed to handle and convert complex PDF data structures such as tables to markdown. Markdown is easily to process for LLM models and so the data extraction by our AI agent is more accurate and reliable. The workflow exports the extracted data from the AI agent to Google Sheets once the job complete. Requirements The criteria of the email trigger must be configured to capture emails with attachments. The gmail label "invoice synced" must be created before using this workflow. A LlamaIndex.ai account to use the LlamaParse service. An OpenAI account to use GPT for AI work. Google Sheets to save the output of the data extraction process although this can be replaced for whatever your needs. Customizing this workflow This workflow uses Gmail and Google Sheets but these can easily be swapped out for equivalent services such as Outlook and Excel. Not using Excel? Simple redirect the output of the AI agent to your accounting software of choice.

This workflow uses AI to analyze the content of every new message in Gmail and then assigns specific labels, according to the context of the email. Default configuration of the workflow includes 3 labels: „Partnership” - email about sponsored content or cooperation, „Inquiry” - email about products, services, „Notification” - email that doesn't require response. You can add or edit labels and descriptions according to your use case. 🎬 See this workflow in action in my YouTube video about automating Gmail. How it works? Gmail trigger performs polling every minute for new messages (you can change the trigger interval according to your needs). The email content is then downloaded and forwarded to an AI chain. 💡 The prompt in the AI chain node includes instructions for applying labels according to the email content - change label names and instructions to fit your use case. Next, the workflow retrieves all labels from the Gmail account and compares them with the label names returned from the AI chain. Label IDs are aggregated and applied to processed email messages. ⚠️ Label names in the Gmail account and workflow (prompt, JSON schema) must be the same. Set up steps Set credentials for Gmail and OpenAI. Add labels to your Gmail account (e.g. „Partnership”, „Inquiry” and „Notification”). Change prompt in AI chain node (update list of label names and instructions). Change list of available labels in JSON schema in parser node.
